Grade 7 pupils must wear blazers on Wednesdays and Fridays, during summer and winter for both Mini Chapel and combined Chapel.
Items of clothing that are intended for use by a specific group within the school, i.e. a tour windbreaker jacket, etc. may not be worn to school or in public as part of the official summer or winter uniform.
GIRLS: Hair that reaches the collar must be secured neatly, away from the face and toward the back of the head in a ponytail, plait, bun etc. Fringes must be cut to above the eyebrows. Pupils may use navy blue or tortoise-shell hair bands or Alice bands, silver, navy blue or tortoise-shell click clips, or black, navy blue or tortoise-shell slide clips to secure any strands of hair that are not long enough to reach the ponytail etc. Fringes that reach the eyebrows must be clipped back. Other alternatives are not deemed appropriate. Colouring or tinting of hair is not permitted. Dual or multi-coloured weaves are not permitted, neither are coloured weave-beads permitted. Transparent or white beads must be kept to a minimum. Weaves must be neat, against the head. Should the weave reach the collar, it must be secured neatly, away from the face and toward the back of the head in a ponytail, plait or bun. ‘Afro’ styles OR ‘high’ styles are not permitted and natural hair must be neat against the head as much as possible.
BOYS: Hair must be cut to above the eyebrows when brushed straight over the forehead, above the top of the ears and above the shirt collar. Hair should generally be kept thinned, short, neatly brushed and must not attract unfavourable attention. Hair may not be marked, stepped or spiked in such a way that causes it to be a noticeable deviation from the school’s cultural norm. Pupils may not have lines or images cut into their hair.
The more fashionable European comb-over is permitted, however, long fringes must be off of the forehead and/or face. Hairstyles must be approved by Primary School management.
Colouring or tinting of hair is not permitted.
Styling products may be used in order to keep hair away from the face.

Weaves may not go past the eyebrows and may not touch the shirt collar
